This morning I listened to Martin Emmrich preach from Genesis 1. So much in that sermon that I might have to listen a couple of more times. We were created sons of God. So Martin shows that man is the focus of the creation story. And he takes us from there, through the fall, into the commission to show Christ to the world, and all the way to a place of rest at the end of our work. Yikes! What a huge and glorious trip for one sermon! Very good stuff, even as densely packed as it was.
